Which arrangement applies

This policy covers services expressly contracted and charged by O2O Alliance Sdn. Bhd. Where the professional provider invoices you directly, its agreed written cancellation and refund terms apply to that payment.

Before work begins

Notify the receiving party promptly if you wish to cancel. Eligibility for a refund depends on the engagement terms, actual work carried out, third-party costs and applicable Malaysian law.

After work begins

Completed professional work, filing activity and non-recoverable charges may affect the refund assessment. No blanket guarantee of approval or automatic refund is made.
